About Us

Our goal is to help you uncover your true potential; to accompany you in a journey of personal growth and development.

At Three Rivers Therapy, we know that successful treatment is dependent on a strong therapeutic relationship. We are committed to providing a collaborative and supportive environment that aids the development of this relationship.

We work with couples and individuals of all ages, focusing on improving interpersonal relationships, increasing self awareness, and challenging negative thoughts and behaviors.

" Perhaps we should love ourselves so fiercely that when others see us, they know exactly how it should be done."

Our providers are committed to helping you create renewed patterns of behavior and a healthier outlook on overcoming difficult situations.

As a patient, you can expect to work with a therapist who is knowledgeable and well trained. Our staff has access to multiple resources and participates in ongoing education to make sure our patients receive the highest quality of care.

Three Rivers Therapy offers several individual and group based therapies that are specific to treating a range of behavioral health conditions. We select our approach to therapy based on what is best suited to each individual patient, while actively introducing techniques that are proven to be effective in the clinical setting.

At times we find that clinical assessments are helpful in understanding symptoms and measuring progress. These outcomes may apply to therapy, or to the treatment of other conditions such as chronic pain or diabetes. Your therapist can offer many of these assessments in office, or online for you to complete at your convenience.

  • Individuals with Diabetes are 2-3 times as likely to experience depression.

  • Studies suggest that the majority of patients with chronic pain suffer from depression, anxiety, or substance abuse. Untreated, these conditions limit the success of chronic pain treatment by as much as 45%.

  • The simultaneous treatment of obesity and depression has been shown to lead to better treatment outcomes for both conditions.

  • Insomnia commonly occurs alongside anxiety disorders, PTSD, and panic attacks.

" You cannot live a positive life with a negative mind."
